The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly, extremely courteous and made us feel welcome every day. They went out if their way to ensure our needs were met. The pool was wonderful, the lunch service offered great variety at great prices. The hotel was extremely well kept and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Pool was very nice and operational until midnight, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and professional.

the pool area is nice, the small pool downstairs even better. Trying to keep the smell outside the room is challenging but it is OK as you need to live with it at a thermal springs in the region. The mattress in my room was too soft but after I complained the nice staff gave me another room and the mattress was just perfect.
